Business Essentials. Designed to enhance your acumen and overall business skills in areas of finance, accounting, marketing, organizational leadership and strategic planning. Offered 100% online and in a weeklong, in-person format.
Women in Leadership. Addresses the unique challenges that female leaders face in the workplace. Through an in-depth personal assessment and one-on-one sessions, women learn about their own personal leadership style and how to apply these skills to real-life situations. Offered in person a few times per year or 100% online in blended virtual and self-paced sessions over 4 months.
Leadership & Change. Great leaders know that change is inevitable in any business. This course addresses hot-button, mission-critical issues such as attracting and keeping top talent, creating new business models and disruptive tech, building agile and adaptive organizations, focusing on culture and innovation, and improving employee engagement. Offered both online and in person several times per year.
