Peter A. DeLisle, Ph.D. is a leadership educator and a business advisor to professional organizations. His background in education includes programs in commerce, architecture, and engineering. He has been a member of the executive education faculty at the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University.

Peter held the William B. Severns Chair in Human Behavior in the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois in Urbana and was Professor of Industrial Engineering developing programs for leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, high performance teams, and problem-solving.

He was a Program Manager for the Center for Creative Leadership. In addition, he has served as resource and advisor to the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, the American Institute of Architects, the Department of the Army Cyber Command, and the LBJ School of Public Policy at the University of Texas at Austin.

Peter was a human resources executive for Hewlett-Packard Company and founding human resources officer of Convex Computer Corporation of Dallas.   He served in the United States Army as a captain of field artillery and howitzer battery commander, and a legislative and foreign liaison officer. Peter was the distinguished military graduate from the University of Connecticut in 1971.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development   from the University of Texas in Austin.
